The National Registry of civil status (Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil) is the Colombian governmental institution for citizens registry and identity. We created and developed the architecture for instirutional portal, to optimize and improve the user experience, creating more freshly, dynamic and accesible look. We alnalized trends, user flows and user cases for design study and research.
